Master Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead complex installations, programming, integration, and commissioning Troubleshoot advanced security, network, and system integration issues Establish and maintain installation, quality, safety, and code-compliance standards Lead, train, and mentor technicians at all experience levels Partner with project managers on scheduling, materials, scope, and problem resolution Perform final system testing, inspections, and customer walkthroughs Ensure installations meet NEC, manufacturer, and industry standards Serve as a technical resource for customers, contractors, and other trades Maintain tools, testing equipment, vehicles, and inventory Promote and enforce job-site safety procedures REQUIREMENTSTwo or more active licenses in Alarm, Electrical (ELE), and/or Low Voltage 7+ years of experience installing, integrating, and troubleshooting physical security systems Expert knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and low-voltage systems Strong understanding of IP networking and NEC requirements Proven ability to lead crews and mentor technicians Ability to read and modify blueprints, schematics, and riser diagrams Advanced skills with tools and testing/commissioning equipment Ability to work on ladders/lifts and lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma/GEDValid driver's license and clean driving record
