Job Description
About the Role:
A N A Lumpers LLC in Wilmington, IL is looking for a hardworking and dependable warehouse team member to join their crew! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by palletizing, separating, and shrink wrapping products with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Palletize products according to established stacking and weight guidelines
- Separate and sort products by type, size, or destination as directed
- Shrink wrap completed pallets to ensure safe and secure transport
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Work efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow continuity
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, lumping, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy products for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Experience with shrink wrap equipment is a plus
