Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities: You'll play a vital role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, engaging, and strategically pipelining top talent. Experience: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing talent experience Experience with Kenexa or similar recruiting software tools (iCims, Workday, etc.) Customer service experience with internal and external clients, meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction Strong time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects Skills: Strong communication skills Customer service Time management and organization Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing agency.
