Our client, an AI-native security platform, is seeking aBusiness Operations Leadto join its Finance & Operations team.
This is a high-impact role for a quantitative, first-principles thinker—ideally with a background in consulting or investment banking—who thrives in ambiguity and can operate cross-functionally with minimal direction. You’ll act as a key connector across the business, helping the company scale efficiently during a critical growth phase.
What you’ll do:
Lead the rollout and optimization of a usage-based pricing model, from sales enablement to customer feedback
Own monthly financials and board reporting, surfacing insights for leadership
Partner with GTM teams to build pipeline models and evaluate marketing ROI
Drive key operational initiatives (e.g., ISO compliance, vendor transitions)
Analyze unit economics and monitor cost-to-serve across products
What they’re looking for:
4 years of experience across BizOps, strategy, consulting, or investment banking
Background at a top-tier firm (e.g., MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Blackstone)
Experience operating in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment
Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
Familiarity with GTM metrics and efficiency
High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity
Degree from a top-tier university
