Job Description:
An established real estate owner and developer is looking to add to their development team to support multifamily projects from initial evaluation through completion.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate opportunities through financial modeling, underwriting, and market research. Support acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting, and financing. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project partners. Assist with approvals and entitlements, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate development, acquisitions, or investment analysis; multifamily experience preferred. Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work directly with ownership.
