Serving as a trusted strategic technology advisor, the full-time California Licensed Virtual CIO will develop technology strategies and roadmaps, manage client relationships, and guide IT investments in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Lead technology strategy meetings and business reviews, communicating findings and investment priorities to clients
Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps and IT budgets aligned with client business objectives
Evaluate client technology environments to identify risks and opportunities for modernization and improvement
Required qualifications:
5+ years of professional information technology experience with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and lifecycle management
Demonstrated client-facing experience in a consultative or advisory role, particularly with executive stakeholders
Strong technical knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, cloud infrastructure, and modern business technology solutions
Experience in developing strategic technology recommendations and supporting organizational initiatives
Relevant IT training or professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
