What You'll Do:
- Assist union members with benefit-related questions
- Educate members on available coverage and programs
- Support enrollment and claims processes
- Build relationships with members and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
- Provide outstanding customer support and follow-upWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication skills

- Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
