Job Title Vos missions en quelques mots The holder of the position is integrated into the management team of the penitentiary service of insertion and probation at the departmental level. The local branch of insertion and probation of Laon is competent on two sites: the headquarters of the Laon branch (open environment) and the Laon penitentiary center. The person is responsible for implementing the policy determined by the DFSPIP, in respect of the departmental action plan, the general guidelines and the related priority objectives. He regularly reports on his activity. He is therefore responsible for implementing the missions of the SPIP on his branch, namely:the preparation of individualization measures pronounced by the judge of the application of penalties (JAP) or any other magistrate mandating, the preparation of decisions of justice of a penal character, the follow-up and control of these measures, the reintegration of persons placed under the main of justice (PPSMJ) and the prevention of recidivism. Your main activitieshe is primarily responsible for the supervision of the teams dedicated to the open environment and the communication with the judicial authorities and institutional and associative partners on the territoryhe is responsible for the organization of the open environment branch (open environment and TIG pole)He coordinates the activity of the agents and distributes the workload and assigns the files. He prepares and animates the service meetings, working groups and CPIHe ensures the maintenance, classification and archiving of files. He ensures the proper functioning of the branch secretariat.he ensures the technical advice of the penitentiary personnel of insertion and probationhe validates the writings of the penitentiary personnel of insertion and probationhe takes the decisions of modifications of hours in the framework of the measures of electronic surveillancehe ensures the replacement of the DPIP of the MF in charge of the missions of the service within the penitentiary establishment (management of the team of closed environment, writing of the notices of the AP for the contradictory debates, representative of the AP at the TAP)he conducts and pilots transversal projects and develops partner policieshe ensures the evaluation of the actions, activities and programs carried out by the SPIP or the partners on the jurisdiction of the branchhe writes the activity report and ensures the elaboration of the statisticshe elaborates the projects of local engagements of service, of protocols and of partner conventionshe ensures the implementation of the security devices and of the maintenance of the premises He evaluates the means necessary to his branch and brings them to the knowledge of the DFSPIPProfile Sought Your main skills to be implemented Knowledge Mastery of legal texts Mastery of office applications Budget programming and follow-up Technical and management tools Animate and supervise the staff.
