Job Title: Hotel Facility Maintenance Associate

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Hotel / Facility Maintenance Work Schedule Monday & Tuesday:3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Wednesday: OFF Thursday & Friday:11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Hotel Maintenance Job Duties As aHotel Facility Maintenance Associate, your responsibilities will include: Walk the hotel parking lot and building perimeter hourly. Inspect exterior areas and identify potentialmaintenance or safety concerns Pick up trash and debris during routine property rounds. Empty trash throughout a four-floor parking garage. Change light bulbs as needed. Completeminor repairs and basic maintenance tasks Perform generalproperty and building upkeep Maintain clean and safe common areas. Help keep the hotel property clean, organized, and well-maintained. Report larger maintenance or repair concerns when identified. Facility Maintenance Requirements Dependable with reliable attendance. Comfortableworking independentlyduring evening and overnight shifts. Previousmaintenance, handyman, janitorial, custodial, or property upkeep experiencepreferred. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned maintenance tasks. Strong attention to cleanliness and property safety. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Ability to bend and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
