Compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist

Dignity Health at Home is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled home health services. The OT will assess patients, set goals, and develop plans to improve independence and quality of life in home settings. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in OT, an active OT license in the practice state, and CPR/BLS certification.
