Job Description:
RH is seeking a Copy Editor to uphold the accuracy, consistency and distinctive voice of our brand across digital channels. Working closely with editors and cross-functional partners, you will shape clear, compelling communications that elevate the customer experience across RH concepts, Galleries and hospitality experiences.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accurate, consistent messaging across websites, marketing emails, ecommerce communications, digital advertising and other digital touchpoints Edit, proofread and, when needed, write marketing copy for homepages, landing pages, banners and emails across RH concepts, Galleries and hospitality experiences Develop compelling, on-brand email subject lines and preview text, incorporating feedback and performance learnings Collaborate with Design, Email Marketing, Merchandising and other cross-functional partners to execute digital initiatives Partner with internal teams and external partners to edit, proofread and occasionally rewrite transactional emails, FAQs, terms and conditions, and other ecommerce content Manage copy deliverables with project managers and the Email Marketing team to support streamlined workflows and meet deadlines Maintain and implement content and style guide updates, perform thorough pre-launch QA, and audit existing content for accuracy, consistency and brand alignmentOUR REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in copy editing, proofreading and/or copywriting Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills Experience with a luxury, lifestyle, retail or home furnishings brand preferred Attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills, sound relationship-building abilities and a desire to continuously learn and contribute Comfortable working evenings and/or weekends during deadline periods This role is based on-site, Monday through Friday, at our office in Corte Madera, CAAbout UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
