Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Sales Generator to represent our home improvement company inside BJs Wholesale Club. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities that lead to exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do: Proactively engage BJs members in a friendly professional manner. Introduce homeowners to our premium home improvement solutions: roofing, windows, doors, siding, and cabinets. Educate members on our products, promotions and services. Schedule in-home consultations with confirmed club members. Maintain a positive and inviting presence throughout your shift. Meet and exceed appointment -setting goals. Accurately record customer information and appointment details. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm.
