Technical Enablement

Location: Remote or Hybrid in SFC/NY office

Duration: 12 months contract (potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $180-$185/hr on w2Tech Enablement owns the technical curriculum (courses, labs, demos, presentations) GTM runs on, across all of our product surfaces: Enterprise, Claude Apps, Claude Code, Developer Platform, and Models/Protocol. The content backlog is growing faster than we can curate it and the Basecamp portfolio is live and scaling now. Technical depth is the top priority. They are looking for someone who is technical first and a curriculum developer second, rather than someone whose experience is primarily instructional design or general curriculum development. The manager is particularly interested in backgrounds such as Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Developer Education, and Technical Enablement, especially within developer-focused product companies.

Key Skills: Hands-on technical experience: Experience with software engineering, coding, APIs, Python, developer tools, or other technical products and environments. Building practical learning experiences: The ability to create working demos, hands-on labs, technical exercises, and coursework—not just documentation or instructional content. Curriculum creation and improvement: Experience enhancing existing learning programs while also building new curriculum and learning paths from scratch. Developer-focused education: Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for developers, engineers, architects, and other technical audiences. Communication: The ability to clearly explain the problem being solved, your individual contribution, the solution you implemented, and the resulting impact.
