Overview
As Senior Advisor, you will steer omnichannel audience strategy to support client business goals. You’ll translate diverse customer insights into actionable planning for paid and owned channels, shaping how brands engage across touchpoints. You’ll lead cross-functional planning efforts, develop reusable frameworks, and ensure alignment from planning through activation. This role places you at the center of audience-led marketing, driving scalable, data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities Lead omni-channel campaign planning from objective to activation readiness Define campaign design targets by identifying high-opportunity audiences Identify data gaps and partner with teams to fill them Synthesize customer data, insights, and trends into omnichannel strategies Translate intelligence into actionable recommendations on audience motivations and growth opportunities Develop stakeholder-ready planning deliverables and activation guidance Contribute to evolution of planning methodologies and frameworks Develop reusable planning approaches to increase consistency and scalability across workstreams Adapt planning approaches to changing business priorities and technologies
Key requirements 7+ years in audience strategy, marketing strategy, consumer insights, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or related fields Experience leading campaign planning or integrated marketing planning for complex brands Strong understanding of customer insights, segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing Proven ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable recommendations Experience leading cross-functional planning and influencing decisions across marketing disciplines Ability to manage multiple concurrent planning workstreams and timelines Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop new frameworks; ability to influence without direct authority Strong Power Point, Excel, and written communication skills Willingness to travel occasionallyexecutive communicationstorytellingstakeholder management Power Point ExcelCRM
