CHRISTUS St. Vincent is seeking a compassionate Geriatrician or Internal Medicine Physician to join their Center for Healthy Aging outpatient practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, relationship-based care to an older adult population utilizing the nationally recognized 4 Ms Framework. Providers will enjoy a collaborative, team-based environment with manageable patient volumes and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities:
Preventive health screenings and wellness evaluations
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
Treatment of common geriatric conditions such as dementia and cognitive disorders, osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal conditions, urinary incontinence, and multiple chronic disease management
Development and oversight of individualized treatment plans
Coordination of care with specialists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and procedures
Supporting patients in achieving their health goals while preserving function and quality of life

Shift & Schedule
Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, or Four 10-hour workdays per week
Manageable patient volume of approximately 16+ patients per day
Limited call responsibilities: Primary Care call rotation, telephone call only with nurse triage support
Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Eligible for or currently holding a New Mexico medical license
