Licensed Practical Nurse - LTC

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAPCharting System: American Data (similar to PCC)

Responsibilities: The LPN will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties, including but not limited to: Providing high-quality patient care and support. Assisting with daily living activities and monitoring patient health. Administering medications and following treatment plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Documenting patient information accurately in the charting system.

Qualifications: Current LPN licensure in the state of practice. Previous nursing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights. Proficient in charting and documentation practices.
