Business Continuous Improvement MgmtThe Business Continuous Improvement Mgmt job facilitates the operations of improvement projects from initial research and assessment stages through the transition and implementation phases. Working under limited supervision, this job partners with functional teams across the organization to identify and execute improvement strategies that best enhance operations. This job also utilizes metrics to measure the impact of process enhancements after they are implemented by the Responsibilities and Duties- Conducts process improvement and continuous improvement analyses to identify potential upgrades that would be ideal for business unit goals.- Implements complex process enhancements to improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness within the Partners with functional teams across the organization to discuss and determine needs for business improvements and to strategize possible business solutions.- Reviews business diagnostics that identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects in congruence with team feedback and input.- Works with all levels of the organization to ensure that the transition to new programs and implemented solutions is smooth and effective.- Utilizes metrics to demonstrate the impact that implemented changes have had on the Coaches and mentors work of lower level professionals.Educational Requirements- University (Degree) PreferredWork Experience- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical Requirements- Physical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level 7ICRequired Qualifications: 3+ years of experience developing complex solutions using Power BI and SnowflakePreferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience developing complex solutions using Power BI and SnowflakeRelated SkillsAccountability, Adaptability, Agile Methodology, Business Acumen, Business Process Improvement, Business Process Understanding, Change Management, Consultative Communication, Executive Presence, Influence, Prioritizes Effectively, Problem Solving, Program Management, Relationship Management, Resource PlanningBase Pay Range$87,000/yr - $120,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
