Install Lead IEverything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors. An Install Lead I provides a customizable experience with specialty skills.

Ability to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door) Advanced assessment and problem-solving abilityAssess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as neededCollaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations Adheres to proper safety techniques and procedures Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements Provides consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation. Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality Provides direction, training, coaching and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets Other duties as assigned General warehouse support Provide support for minor service calls as needed
