Senior County Attorney - Civil Litigation & Transactions

Fairfax County is seeking a General Law Litigation and Transactional Assistant County Attorney V to support civil litigation and government transactional work. The attorney will handle diverse matters from discovery to trial, advise on policy and legislation, and serve as in-house counsel to county boards and departments. A Virginia Bar license in good standing is required, with four years of attorney experience preferred.
