About the role

DAVIS is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide executive on-site leadership for large, complex projects. You will supervise superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field staff; coordinate with clients and design teams; and enforce safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires extensive construction management experience, CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications, and proficiency with scheduling and project management tools. LEED knowledge is a plus.
