Business Process Analyst III CRCWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our client's team in the consulting sector. In this role, you will contribute to the exploration, selection, definition, and implementation of a new Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify future business needs, and define capabilities required from a modern PSA platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead structured discovery to understand current PSA-related processes, workflows, roles, and system limitations.
Engage with different personas to ensure requirements reflect the needs of the broader organization.
Define and document business capabilities required from a future PSA platform.
Support development of the PSA Request for Proposal and vendor evaluation.
Requirements:
Significant experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role supporting complex business or technology transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in business discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, and future process design.
Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured capabilities and requirements.
Experience supporting enterprise software selection, RFP development, vendor evaluation, or platform implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms or professional services technology.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, project-based delivery, or resource-based service organizations.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations.
