This role serves as the site's technical authority for conveyor operations, driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and proactively addressing systemic failures through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Lead advanced diagnostics and resolution of mechanical and electrical failures across conveyor and material handling systemsPerform complex corrective maintenance, including full asset rebuilds and system restorationReplace and repair mechanical and electrical components within defined technical scope and safety standardsExecute, validate, and close out CMMS work orders with accurate documentation and repair detailsSupport and supplement preventative maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performanceAnalyze recurring equipment issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable corrective actionsEnsure strict adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirementsProvide informal technical leadership and mentorship to maintenance technicians, elevating team capability and troubleshooting effectivenessOther duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required8+ years of maintenance experience preferredDemonstrated CMMS expertiseStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to balance hands-on maintenance with system administrationStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsSafety RequirementsStrict adherence to Breakthru Beverage Safety PolicyUse of required PPECompetencies:Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pays attention to detail and meet deadlines.This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
