Chief People Experience & HR Partnering

Xero is seeking a VP People Experience Partnering to act as a direct HR Business Partner to senior leaders and lead HRBP teams. You will develop and embed the global People strategy, partnering with executives to drive impactful people programs and compliance across North America, especially the U.S. and Canada. You will mentor and grow your HR teams, manage complex employee relations, and leverage data to shape workforce planning and talent management.
