Senior Grocery Retail Team Leader

Lead grocery department operations, guide and develop team members, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Manage staffing, inventory, labor costs, shrink, sales and profit goals while reviewing financial and operational reports to improve performance. Interview, select, train, direct and evaluate team members. Coach employees, address team member issues and develop future leaders.
