Job Responsibilities: Staff Leadership: Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel. Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency. Budget Management: Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation. Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards.

Submission Requirements: 3 years Manager of OR experience - [REQUIRED]

Certification Requirements: BLS (AHA)
