Head of Donor Partnerships & Major Gifts

United Way for Greater Austin is seeking a Senior Director of Individual and Organizational Giving to lead every aspect of donor engagement in Central Texas. You will guide campaigns, build major gift portfolios and supervise the giving team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Reporting to the Chief Development and Marketing Officer, you will create community programs, events and stewardship strategies that expand donor relationships and support a vibrant, inclusive impact agenda for the
