Luxury Service Advisor New Lincoln Facility (Opening October) We are seeking an experienced Luxury Service Advisor to join our team at our brand-new Lincoln facility opening this October. We are hiring now to allow time for onboarding, training, and preparation ahead of the grand opening. This is a rare opportunity for the right professional to join at the ground level of a flagship luxury facility and help shape the service culture from day one. We are looking for polished, client-focused professionals with luxury automotive experience who understand that exceptional service is about building lasting relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering a truly premium ownership experience. Our goal is to create a first-class service environment that reflects the Lincoln brand's commitment to luxury, hospitality, and personalized care. The right candidate will take pride in representing a high-line brand and delivering a seamless experience for every client.

- A polished, professional presence and attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver a premium service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting clients
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work weekends
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with the Lincoln brand
- Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management systems
