We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital health company to hire a Clinical Partnerships Manager to own and grow a key health system relationship. Rochester, MN | Mostly WFH, but must be able to be on-site locally as needed. Occasional travel required.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and expand an established health system partnership Build relationships with physicians, APPs, and clinical teams Drive provider engagement, referrals, and account growth Lead projects and identify expansion opportunities across the account
What We’re Looking For:
Clinical background such as RN, NP/APRN, PA-C, social work, or similar 3–5+ years of professional experience Experience in healthcare sales, account management, physician relations, or partnerships Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment Rochester-area health system experience strongly preferred.
