Senior Residential Construction Superintendent

Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Superintendent III to lead our largest, most complex projects with high-profile clients in Florida. You will mentor junior superintendents, manage startup and closeout end-to-end, and coordinate with field teams to optimize schedule, budget, and quality. You’ll oversee QA/QC, submittals, permits, and safety programs, while fostering strong owner, architect, and inspector relationships for successful closeouts and repeat business.
