Travel Support Specialist

What You'll Do: Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms Research travel options and destinations based on client preferences Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
