The program features an 8-bed open ICU without a dedicated Critical Care team. Physicians must be comfortable with: Hospital Medicine admissions and management Open ICU patient management Ventilator management Rapid responses Code response Collaboration with onsite APPsCoordination with consulting specialties Meditech Expanse documentation Intubation and central line placement experience is preferred.
