Membership Consultant

What You'll Do: Conduct personalized club tours and consultations Build relationships with prospective and current members Follow up with inquiries via phone, text, and email Guide prospective members through the membership process Deliver a concierge-level experience from the first interaction through their entire journey as a member Become knowledgeable about all Club programs, services, amenities, and membership options Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional member experience Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a member-first approach We're Looking For Someone Who Is personable, confident, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Thrives in a goal-oriented environment Is coachable, dependable, and eager to learn Has a passion for health, fitness, and helping others Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but personality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are just as important.
