About the role

Now Hiring: Personal Care Assistants (PCA) Helping Hearts USA LLC | Flexible Day & Night Shifts | $12–$15/Hour Helping Hearts seeks compassionate, dependable, experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care to seniors who need help with daily living. Shifts 12 hours - TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and SUNDAY 7A-7PResponsibilitiesAssist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' well-being. Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred.
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
  • Experience with personal care and blood sugar management.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.(REQUIRED!!)Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Current TB test
