Growth-Focused Auto Loan Sales Manager (Used Cars)

Ruptech Financial Services seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to lead its Direct Auto Loan business through used car dealers. You will manage dealer relationships, supervise end-to-end loan processing, and ensure RTO compliance while coordinating with credit, operations, and risk teams to meet targets. The role requires 2–8 years in auto loans, strong market knowledge, and excellent communication and Excel/CRM skills. A results-driven leader with a track record of achieving sales goals is preferred.
