What You'll Do:
As the Principal Tax Manager, you will lead the local tax office and oversee a small but growing team of tax professionals. You'll inherit an active portfolio of business and individual clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery while mentoring and developing staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee an existing book of business clients
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
- Review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and strategy
- Drive operational excellence and workflow management within the office
- Collaborate closely with the Wealth Management team to deliver holistic financial solutions
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across tax and wealth services
- Help scale and grow the internal tax practice as the firm continues expanding
