About the role

Job Description: Homestead Gardens, the region’s largest and most complete garden center, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our team. This full-time, hands-on role is essential in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Receive incoming goods following established SOPs and procedures
Tag products accurately and efficiently
Coordinate purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading with management and accounting
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Safely operate equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, wheeled ladders, and reach trucks (training provided)
Assist with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in various weather conditions (some outdoor work required)
Forklift or heavy equipment experience a plus
