Superintendent - Water / Wastewater Treatment Plants

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: Our client is a well-established, employee-focused general contractor that builds and expands water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure for public agencies. They're growing in Arizona and looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex treatment plant projects.

Why join us? $120k-160k base plus bonus, and excellent benefits Work on essential infrastructure for the communities you live in A stable, long-standing company with a strong backlog A collaborative, people-first culture with room to grow Job Details What you'll do Lead daily field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant projects, from mobilization through startup and closeout Plan and schedule self-perform crews and subcontractors across concrete, mechanical process piping, equipment installation, and site work Coordinate sequencing and shutdowns at operating plants with owners, operators, and engineers Build and maintain a strong safety culture, leading daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses Track production, labor, and equipment against the budget and schedule, and keep the PM informed of risks and changes Ensure quality and inspections meet plans, specifications, and agency requirements Develop and mentor foremen and field staff What you bring 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent Water or wastewater treatment plant experience required, including structural concrete, process piping, and equipment installation Experience working in active plants and coordinating shutdowns and tie-ins Strong understanding of scheduling, production tracking, and cost control Experience managing self-perform crews and subcontractors Public works and prevailing wage experience OSHA 30 (preferred) Candidates: For immediate review, please send your resume and projects to https://jobot.com/apply/superintendent-water-wastewater-treatment-plants/1177498434?utm_source=Monster Interested in hearing more?
