Workday Finance Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain custom Workday Finance reports and dashboards (Report Writer, Report Designer, Prism Analytics).Translate business requirements into accurate, actionable reporting solutions. Execute business‑as‑usual Finance updates (Expense Items, Worktags, Ledger Accounts, etc.).Configure Spend Categories, Cost Centers, and related structures in Workday and Adaptive. Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and leadership stakeholders. Maintain strong data governance and documentation practices. Provide end‑user training and support.

Qualifications: 5+ years of Workday Finance reporting experience. Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, FP&A, Fixed Assets. Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills. Experience with requirements gathering and process documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Adaptive or Prism Analytics experience is a plus.
