Field Service Technician I

Perform septic tank pump-outs, grease pumping, equipment deliveries, and installation support across residential and commercial job sites. Operate vacuum and pump trucks, inspect septic systems, communicate findings to customers, and complete physical field work while following safety and compliance procedures. Operate vacuum trucks, pump trucks, and service vehicles, including manual transmissions. Perform septic tank pump-outs and grease pumping services. Inspect septic systems for visible issues and communicate findings to customers. Assist with equipment deliveries, installations, and general job-site support. Manually excavate to access septic tank lids when required and handle sewage safely. Complete required documentation and follow safety and compliance procedures.
