Associate - Real Estate Finance

SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is seeking a Finance Associate to join our client, a forward-thinking investor and developer of multifamily and mixed-use real estate. The organization is based in Bethesda, MD and has a robust pipeline of deals in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. The Finance Associate will make an impact on the entire lifecycle of investments, from deal analysis and underwriting, to capital structuring and closing. Involvement will include: Deal Analysis Presenting to Investment Committee Leading debt finance for deals Participating in equity structuring for deals Coordinating legal Negotiating documents and leading the closing of transactions Ideal candidates will have multifamily deal finance experience coming from a brokerage or investment firm.
