Must-haves:
(non-negotiable):Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) Fluent in English AND Spanish 100% onsite in Boynton Beach, with job site travel across South and Central Florida The RoleOur client, an expanding commercial HVAC contractor, needs a hands-on Project Manager to run commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage multiple jobs at once, review mechanical drawings and specs, handle RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders, and coordinate daily with crews, subs, GCs, and inspectors. Who We WantField-tested people from construction or HVAC: technicians or installers who have moved into lead or foreman roles, superintendents, project coordinators, assistant PMs, estimators, or service and operations managers.
Requirements:
3+ years in HVAC, mechanical, or commercial constructionKnowledge of commercial HVAC systems (ductwork, RTUs, ventilation, exhaust) Able to read mechanical drawings and plansExperience with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and change ordersKnowledge of Florida building codesValid driver’s license and reliable transportation Nice to Have: Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or MS Project; OSHA or PMP certification What We OfferSalary up to $120,000/year, based on experienceAnnual performance bonusHealth insurance10 days PTO plus paid federal holidaysFuel reimbursement after probationCompany laptop/tabletReal career growth Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed) To Apply: Apply on LinkedIn and confirm that you are legally authorized to work in the U.S., fluent in English and Spanish, and able to work onsite in Boynton Beach.
