Job Description: This is critical and strategic position An Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding Functional Lead typically has a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle's cloud-based recruiting solutions with Retail Experience. Here's a general profile for this role:

Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, ensuring that the system is configured to meet business requirements.2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze current recruiting processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle solutions.3. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.5. System Testing: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality meets the specified requirements.6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the recruiting cloud system.7. Updates and Enhancements: Stay updated with Oracle's latest features and enhancements, and recommend upgrades to improve functionality. Required
