Job Summary: We are seeking a mid-to-senior-level Software Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python-based test automation, framework development, and software troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test solutions, identifying root causes of complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks, scripts, and tools. Develop and execute automated tests to validate software functionality and system performance. Debug test failures and troubleshoot software, system-level issues, and test environments. Perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions to resolve technical issues. Identify potential problems proactively and communicate findings and recommendations to engineering teams. Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, framework reliability, and maintainability. Analyze test results, document defects, and provide actionable technical feedback to development teams. Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, and test engineers throughout the software development and validation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications: Mid-to-senior-level experience in software test automation, test engineering, or software validation. Strong hands-on experience developing test automation frameworks using Python. Proven experience writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across software applications, test environments, and automated test systems. Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex technical issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to independently investigate and resolve issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
