Title: UKG Workforce Management Systems Analyst
Position Summary:
The contractor will serve as a Workforce Management Consultant supporting the organization's workforce management modernization initiatives. The role is based on-site in Austin, Texas, and is focused on the implementation and migration of enterprise workforce management systems, including UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce Central.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the migration and implementation of workforce management solutions within a large enterprise environment. Configure, validate, and support workforce management functions related to timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and workforce operations. Conduct system testing, quality assurance validation, user acceptance testing support, and defect resolution activities. Assist with go-live planning, cutover execution, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization efforts. Coordinate system integration activities and data validation between workforce management platforms and related enterprise systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional workforce management solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, operational leaders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Support workforce compliance requirements and operational policies within workforce management systems.
