We are looking for an experienced and proactive Databricks Admin to join our team in Plano, United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in data platform administration, with deep expertise in managing and optimizing Databricks environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our data infrastructure.

What You'll Do:
Manage and administer Databricks workspaces and clusters Ensure security, compliance, and access control across all environments Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency and scalability Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to support business needs Maintain documentation of configurations and best practices
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a data platform or cloud admin (Databricks preferred)Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services related to Databricks Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting Experience implementing security controls and compliance standards Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
