Healthcare Associate / Customer Service II

About the Role: We are looking for Healthcare Associates / Customer Service II professionals to join a team supporting One Medical. In this role, you will be the point of contact for patients nationwide, primarily assisting with appointment scheduling and healthcare-related communication requests.

Key responsibilities include: - 📞 Answering patient calls and assisting with appointment scheduling.- 🗂️ Processing communication requests across One Medical.- 🔄 Routing tasks and requests to the appropriate teams using established processes, matrices, and templates.- 💻 Working with Amazon/One Medical systems at an intermediate level.- 🏥 Facilitating on-demand interactions with medical teams when appropriate.- 🎯 Ensuring patients and tasks are directed to the correct resources. Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Customer service experience and strong communication skills are highly valued. Training All selected candidates will complete 3 weeks of training.📅 Monday–Friday⏰ 8:00 AM–4:30 PMAttendance during training is critical. Candidates must be available for the full training schedule and prepared to work their entire assigned shift. Punctuality is especially important because even small delays can impact the team and patient experience. Schedule Approximately 8 different shift patterns are expected to be available.- 40 hours per week- Monday–Friday for most schedules- No overtime is expected under the standard schedule- Please indicate your preferred shift when submitting your resume.
