Construction Laborer Opportunity We're hiring Construction Laborers to join our foundation repair crews. No experience needed—we train you. This is a hands-on role with year-round work, real equipment, and a clear path to advancement. If you show up, work hard, and want more than just a job, we'll give you the opportunity to grow. Family-owned since 1982. A+ BBB rating. Crews stay busy year-round. What a Typical Day Looks Like: Start at our Pueblo West yard, load up, and head to the job site Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard What You'll Get:4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts) – most Fridays off Weekly pay (direct deposit)Paid overtime opportunities Quarterly profit sharing (performance + safety based)Medical, PTO, sick leave, IRA match Company-provided shirts and safety gear Annual boot reimbursement Hands-on equipment training Advancement opportunities (Laborer → Operator → Foreman)Year-round, full-time work
What We're Looking For:
Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical work Reliable transportation to our Centennial yard Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction and work on a team Professional and respectful on customer job sites
Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Pay $20.00 – $24.00 starting per hour (based on experience) Opportunities to advance into higher-paying roles.
