Residential Concierge & Guest Experience Lead

Seabreeze Management Company in Aliso Viejo, CA, is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver high-quality services to residents, coordinate deliveries, transportation, reservations, and special requests, while maintaining a welcoming environment. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day resident needs, assist with access control, gather feedback, support community events, and uphold security standards.
