Vcio – Executive ConsultantThe vCIO – Executive Consultant is a strategic leadership role designed to serve as a senior advisor to client executive teams, a collaborative partner to Moser's internal service delivery leadership, and a thought leader in advancing IT strategy, governance, and business alignment. This role functions as an extension of Moser's Director-level leadership while providing executive-level mentorship to Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) and acting as the primary architect for client IT roadmaps.The role will provide day-to-day virtual CIO (vCIO) services to Moser clients, including executive-level IT leadership, long-range planning, governance oversight, and strategy execution. The Executive Consultant will engage with clients in both proactive and reactive capacities — leading annual planning efforts, steering key initiatives, guiding IT teams through periods of transition, and supporting CIO succession or backfill scenarios where appropriate. The role serves as a key internal collaborator, working cross-functionally across Moser's internal divisions. They will partner closely with the Procurement Services team on vendor management strategies, contract optimization, and sourcing decisions. They will also serve as a bridge across Moser's four professional services divisions — Application Services, Business Services, Core Technologies, and Data & Analytics — helping ensure integrated, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions are designed and delivered to meet evolving client needs.The ideal candidate brings a blend of executive presence and consulting agility, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop actionable roadmaps, and drive digital and operational transformation across diverse industry environments. They excel at navigating ambiguity, aligning teams around a common vision, and elevating IT maturity across people, process, and platform dimensions.
