Position Summary:
We're seeking Ski Rental Technicians to help guests start their mountain adventures with the right equipment and a great experience. In this role, you'll fit boots, adjust bindings, and ensure each guest leaves ready to hit the slopes safely and comfortably. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with both day and evening shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Build knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment. Safely and accurately adjust rental bindings to fit boots. Assist with preventative maintenance and repair of equipment. Ensure all rental gear is cleaned and ready for use before being issued to guests. Provide guests with clear instructions on equipment usage when needed. Learn about resort services to help guide and assist guests. Complete rental forms with accurate inventory numbers and required signatures. Process returns by verifying inventory numbers and return times. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized rental shop (including sweeping, trash removal, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older Friendly and customer service oriented. Dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Neat and professional in appearance. Safety-minded with attention to detail. Available to work weekends and holidays.
